Today, we’re excited to announce that Twine has raised US$1.5M in funding led by Airtree Ventures, with participation from incredible angels Gill Findlay, Sam Nickless, and Hemal Shah. While funding announcements often focus on the numbers, we want to share why this milestone matters for our customers and the future we’re building together.
Why Twine exists
Throughout our careers at companies like Twitter, Atlassian, SafetyCulture, Dovetail, New Relic, and Crowdstrike, we’ve witnessed firsthand how even the best teams struggle to stay connected to their customers as they scale. The problem usually isn’t culture or talent – it’s that our tools and processes haven’t kept pace with the complexity of modern organizations.
Product teams miss crucial market signals buried in thousands of customer conversations. Sales teams lack the context to effectively communicate new features. Customer success insights get trapped in silos instead of driving action. We call this the “intel trap” – where valuable customer intelligence gets caught in organizational barriers instead of driving coordinated action.
The AI advantage
What excites us most about this moment is that AI finally makes it possible to solve these challenges in a fundamentally new way. Instead of asking teams to maintain yet another system or attend more meetings, we can automatically extract intelligence from every customer conversation and route it to the right people at the right time.

What’s next
This funding will help us accelerate our mission to build the connective tissue that modern organizations need. We’re focused on three key areas:
- Deepening our enterprise integrations to ensure intelligence flows seamlessly through your existing tools
- Expanding our AI capabilities to extract even more nuanced insights from customer conversations and generate actionable outputs
- Building new, innovative ways to route intelligence to the right people at the right time, in a format that is immediately useful
