Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a full stack engineer who enjoys building new features end to end. In this role, you will work across multiple engineering stacks to shape a flawless, engaging experience for our users.

You will be developing, testing and maintaining some of our most impactful and ambitious features. You should have a strong desire to deliver well-engineered and tested software at scale.

This is an exciting time for us. Twine has been featured multiple times in the iOS app store and received awards for its innovation in the savings and finance space. What you will do:

  • You will code up new product features end-to-end in our React on Rails web app.
  • You will partner with designers and product managers to craft a delightful user experience

Who you are:

  • You are smart, creative, and willing to learn.
  • You have experience developing Javascript / CSS frontends and the APIs they consume.
  • You have strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, data modeling, etc)
  • You strive to write high quality code and write automated tests to ensure your work.
  • You are empathetic to the end user experience and thoughtful about what we can do to make it better
  • You are comfortable not having all the answers and you proactively seek out answers when you have questions.
  • You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. If anything, you may tend towards over-communication.
