We recommend the following steps are you get started.
Step 1: Ingest your calls
Twine analyzes your customer calls to extract key moments. The first step is to connect your sales and CS call recording software. Twine has integrations with Gong, Chorus, Clari Copilot, Fireflies, and Aircall. You can see specifics for each integration here. All you'll need is a set of API keys from your administrator for those tools. During the trial we recommend you go as broad as possible with calls so you can see the power of Twine's comprehensive, objective analysis.
We are always adding new integrations so if you'd like us to add another call recorder please let us know at support@twine.com.
Once connected, Twine will backfill two weeks of data and start generating intel. Depending on the size of your team, this can take anywhere from 30 mins to 3 hours.
Need a call recorder?
Twine also offers our own call recording bot. This can be easily configured by connecting Twine to your Google or Outlook calendar.
Step 2: Create your first Tasks for Twine to do
Twine in an AI assistant that you assign work to. Today Twine offers two main types of outputs: personalized feeds and reports.
Personalized feeds allow you to receive a daily email or Slack DM containing only the key moments from calls that matter to you. Just tell Twine what you care about and it will do the rest. This could be focused on your product area, a particular customer segment, deal blockers, competitor comparisons, etc. These feeds are only sent to you and any in your team can create as many as they need. We recommend each user create at least one feed. See more about feeds here.
Reports are thematic analysis of all key moments from calls. Think of these as business questions that you want to understand and follow on a recurring basis. We suggest creating, at a minimum, weekly reports for product feedback, deal blockers, and customer love. Ideally you can configure these to send in a shared Slack channel. See more about reports here.
Step 3: Integrate with Slack
All Twine outputs can be delivered via email or Slack. We highly recommend Slack so your team can easily receive and share key moments and video clips that are easily shareable. Only one person needs to connect Slack per workspace. Twine won't post anything in channels until a digest is configured to do so.
Step 4: Integrate your CRM
Twine will extract the key info from your CRM about deals and customers. By connecting this data, you unlock a whole new way to understand the business value of feature requests, and everyone in the org can view feeds and reports complete with account value, opportunity size, customer names, customer segments, deal stage, etc. Twine supports integrations with all leading CRMs and offer custom field mapping to allow you to bring your own custom fields and properties.
Step 5: Invite teammates
Twine offers unlimited users on all plans. Invite your team members that you think might want to create their own feeds and reports. Others can passively view the data shared in Slack, but can always join the org for free if they want to click through to explore the analysis further.
Step 6: Choose your plan
You can see Twine's pricing options on our pricing page. The choice of plan depends on the number of hours you need Twine's AI to work on your behalf, which is measured by the hours of calls ingested per month. All of our security info can be found on our Security page and Trust Center.
That's it! If you have any questions, the Twine team is available at support@twine.com.
