Connect Fireflies to Twine to extract intel from calls.

Connect Twine to Fireflies to automatically extract product intel from calls.

Connect Fireflies

  1. Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.

  2. Click Integrations in the top nav menu.

  3. Click +Add new.

  4. Select Fireflies under Calls.

  5. Enter Fireflies API key. If you need help finding this key, ask your Fireflies admin.

  6. During the trial, select up to five call owners to import calls from. Click Save.

Paid customers can choose to select all call owners. This can be changed at any time.

Getting Started

Optional: If you use a CRM, we highly recommend integrating with Twine. Doing so enables Twine to map Fireflies calls to customer accounts, account owners, opportunities, sales regions, customer segments, and more.

Find and use Fireflies data in Twine

  1. Click Intel in the left nav to view customer feedback extracted automatically from Fireflies calls.

  2. Click Calls in the left nav to view each Fireflies.ai call imported, filterable by call owner.

    1. Selecting a Fireflies call presents a post-call summary page and a link to the call page in your Fireflies account to review the full-length recording.

  3. Click Tasks in the left nav to identify patterns of feedback across Fireflies calls

    1. Select the New Task button in the top left corner

    2. Find task templates that nearest match your function from the left menu

    3. View the task output in Reports on the left nav and in Slack (optional)

Disconnect Fireflies

  1. Click your Workspace name in the lower left corner.

  2. Click Integrations in the top nav menu.

  3. Click Fireflies under Connected integrations.

  4. Click Disconnect.
