Feeds in Twine deliver personalized streams of customer intelligence directly to you, helping you stay connected to relevant feedback without watching endless call recordings. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and configuring a feed.

Creating a feed

  1. Click on Tasks in the main navigation

  2. Click New task in the top right corner.

  3. Click Feeds in the left menu to only see feed templates

  4. Select a Template option as a starting point

    • Critical deal alerts: Intel that will directly impact revenue

    • Rival product mentions: Competitor comparisons

    • Segment alerts: Follow a particular segment

    • Product area intel watch: Follow all mentions of your product area

  5. Customize your feed

    • Subject: Focus on product areas by typing terms that are synonymous with your product area (this matches the semantic meaning, so will catch topics similar to your subjects, not just exact keyword matches)

    • CRM fields: Filter by customer and opportunity values from your CRM including segment, industry, region, account owner, account value, deal value, deal stage, etc.

  6. Select delivery method

    • Slack: Receive your feed as a DM in Slack from Twine

    • Email: Receive your feed as an email

    • If no matches are found, choose if you still want Twine to notify you

  7. Select delivery frequency

    • Days: Select the days you want to receive feeds, or select all workdays

    • Time: Select the time of day you want to receive your feed

  8. Click Save

Feeds can be edited at any time.
