Feeds in Twine deliver personalized streams of customer intelligence directly to you, helping you stay connected to relevant feedback without watching endless call recordings. This guide will walk you through the process of creating and configuring a feed.
Creating a feed
Click on Tasks in the main navigation
Click New task in the top right corner.
Click Feeds in the left menu to only see feed templates
Select a Template option as a starting point
Critical deal alerts: Intel that will directly impact revenue
Rival product mentions: Competitor comparisons
Segment alerts: Follow a particular segment
Product area intel watch: Follow all mentions of your product area
Customize your feed
Subject: Focus on product areas by typing terms that are synonymous with your product area (this matches the semantic meaning, so will catch topics similar to your subjects, not just exact keyword matches)
CRM fields: Filter by customer and opportunity values from your CRM including segment, industry, region, account owner, account value, deal value, deal stage, etc.
Select delivery method
Slack: Receive your feed as a DM in Slack from Twine
Email: Receive your feed as an email
If no matches are found, choose if you still want Twine to notify you
Select delivery frequency
Days: Select the days you want to receive feeds, or select all workdays
Time: Select the time of day you want to receive your feed
Click Save
Feeds can be edited at any time.
