Senior Product Manager – Operations and Support

We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to work closely with our Operations and Customer Support teams. In this role you will develop software capabilities to improve productivity and to enable our customer centric teams to deliver excellent service to our customers based on business needs and product launches. These include support portals, automated workflows, and customer-facing web properties.

You will collaborate with our Engineers and a variety of partners from Operations, Customer Support, Compliance and Security to address complex technical, operational and compliance challenges with simple, intuitive and powerful software solutions.

You’ll help empower operations partners through big new feature launches and ongoing product optimizations, balancing critical long-term business needs and immediate team priorities.

What you will be doing

  • Partnering with Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, Engineering and other Product Managers to define, build and ship high impact, intuitive and scalable tools that enable our teams to excel operationally and deliver a flawless customer experience.
  • Gathering input from key team members to define the strategy and the roadmap for the Operations and Support and empower them to provide service to millions of people.
  • Scoping the cost and impact of potential product features, bugs and key product decisions.
  • Advising on cross-functional implications of product launches and highlighting trade-offs and timelines to help partners make the best decisions.
  • Figuring out critical metrics and delivering measurable results to satisfy expectations.

The skills you bring

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in product management.
  • You have developed processes and software solutions that simplify complex operational workflows and satisfy security and compliance requirements.
  • You bring strong technical skills and the ability to distill business and operational needs into product requirements.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the desire to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • You know how to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable.
  • You are strategic and focus on high use activities and saying “no” or “not now”.
  • You have worked in an Operations or Support team and/or Consumer Finance environment (preferred).
  • Bonus if you have experience in investment management or investment operations.
