We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to work closely with our Operations and Customer Support teams. In this role you will develop software capabilities to improve productivity and to enable our customer centric teams to deliver excellent service to our customers based on business needs and product launches. These include support portals, automated workflows, and customer-facing web properties.
You will collaborate with our Engineers and a variety of partners from Operations, Customer Support, Compliance and Security to address complex technical, operational and compliance challenges with simple, intuitive and powerful software solutions.
You’ll help empower operations partners through big new feature launches and ongoing product optimizations, balancing critical long-term business needs and immediate team priorities.
