Job Description

We are seeking a senior recruiter to help us attract and close strong talent that is mission aligned while keeping the bar high. Attracting and retaining fantastic people is the most important thing we do, yet too often candidates are treated like elements in an array. COMPENSATION

  • $80K - $110k

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting both passive and active software engineers for San Francisco based technology companies
  • Experience using multiple sourcing strategies to pinpoint and attract the best talent
  • A focus on using data to drive hiring and prior use of applicant tracking systems
  • Focus on candidate management and providing a white glove experience to all candidates
  • Proven teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated passion for financial technology
  • A strong desire to learn and constantly improve
  • Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and have excellent written & verbal communication skills
