We’re seeking a passionate marketer to lead our lifecycle and engagement program.


  • 5+ years B2C experience. Bonus points for fintech or mobile background.
  • Proven track record of success in lifecycle, engagement, or email marketing roles.
  • Email / marketing automation tool mastery. More bonus points for experience with Iterable.
  • Background in marketing and growth experimentation.
  • Experience analyzing data for reports and optimization opportunities.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing direct relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and get things done.


  • Manage and improve our lifecycle and engagement strategy across all channels (notably: email, push, in-app, SMS)
  • Driving consistent growth in our activation and retention metrics
  • Partner with design, copy, and content teams to produce assets
  • Building experimentation roadmap and initiating projects with product team
  • Constantly testing and validating engagement touchpoints
  • Measuring results and socializing insights
